When we first met Aimee we were very impressed with her confidence that she and her co-workers would be able to sell our home. We are praying people and we both felt God had placed her in our path. Jessica was amazing!! When we first came in contact with Jessica she was attentive and thorough. She made us feel very comfortable and didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had (this was my first purchase). She gave up time with her husband to work around our weird work schedules. My wife got a new job in Wilmington, NC. We went on a house-hunting trip and at the first house for which Aimee was the listing agent, a buyer agent from her team named Kevin was there instead. Searching for and buying a house can be stressful but Amber made it easy for me. I had lots of questions and concerns. She answered all the questions she could. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she would find out the answer and get back to me very quickly. Her response time throughout the whole transaction was always quick and prompt. Amber listened to what type of house i was looking for and didn't pressure me to look at houses out of my price range (like some other realtors have done). She also has many contacts (for inspection, survey, water testing, etc) which helped a lot.
